Take your fitness to the next level with one-on-one or group training by experienced fitness coaches. Build muscle, lose weight, improve sports performance, and live a healthier life.

At your initial consultation, our coaches will sit down with you and discuss your goals, current regimen, and medical history. We’ll start with a small assessment to evaluate your baseline and understand your fitness level. After that, your coach will create a custom training plan to fit your lifestyle and goals.


Once you receive your program, how we move forward depends on your exact needs. We offer training slots in 30, 60, and 90-minute increments. Sessions are on a pay-as-you-go basis, and there are no minimum requirements. Some clients like to schedule three training sessions a week. Others may come once a week. How and when you schedule sessions is up to you.


As an additional perk to our loyal clients, we offer free unlimited gym access (within our designated hours). As long as you schedule at least one training session a week, you can use the facility for your solo workouts.

Personalized Workout Plans

Sure, you can find some solid workout ideas on Google. However, fitness is not a one-size-fits-all approach. What works for that one person on Instagram might not be suitable for you. 


With a dedicated coach, you’ll receive an individualized training plan created specifically for your body metrics, lifestyle, and goals. Moreover, a strength and conditioning specialist will introduce you to new exercises, teach you proper form, and show you how to safely use gym equipment.

Yeah, we can give you a first-rate training program. But, we also concentrate on enhancing performance through corrective exercise, assisted stretching, and nutrition.


In addition to being a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Coach Dom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. Meanwhile, Coach Connor is a Certified Exercise Specialist (CES) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Together, Dom and Connor have the education, experience, and knowledge to design a superior training plan to meet your needs.
