"There is no I in team". Why go through the process of change alone? Small group training (4-6 people) will allow you to work as a team to complete a workout given by one of our instructors.  

Classes:

Stretching: Restore, recover and get ready for the next big workout! Learn to stretch properly, use tools(theraguns, foam rollers, massage sticks, etc) , and feel the relieve your body deserves! Not your traditional yoga class!

 

Kickboxing (non-contact): Kick off your week / weekend on the right foot! Take all the pent up frustration and unleash it on the bag!

 

Boot camp: Gain muscle and burn fat in a high-intensive circuit workout! All workouts are customized / modified to group specific needs!

Adventure Training: Apply the benefits of the gym to the great outdoors with a variety of weekly events to choose from! Hike, bike, climb, run, and swim to your goals with a fun and motivated group!
