Domenic DiSisto, M.S., CSCS

Domenic established Sheer Dominance Strength and Performance in 2019. A graduate of Merrimack College, with a bachelors degree in Sports Medicine and a masters of Exercise Science, Domenic has been serving his community with his knowledge for several years. "I had a lot of mentors growing up in the fitness industry. I was able to take something different away from each experience I was presented with. With the accumulated skill set I have, I am beyond eager and ready to give back to the community for everything strength and conditioning has done for me in my life".  Domenic is certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and is recognized as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Skill sets such as dynamic stretching and warm-ups, corrective exercise, weight management, athletic performance, rehabilitation, and nutritional guidance, are some of the specialties Domenic educates his clients on. From working with individuals one-on-one, to team settings, he is confident in being able to train anyone who walks through his doors. "Hard work guarantees you nothing, but without it, you do not stand a chance. I want to put individuals in the best position possible for them to achieve their goals, which is why I initially began this line of work".
